Project Description:

This old grade II listed building required extension renovation and re-building work. The listed buildings application was submitted to and approved by Kirklees Council following pre application discussions with the conservation and design department.

​

The old internal stone staircase is to be retained, the exisitng trusses are to be exposed and the rebuilding works required will be carried out sympathetically.
