Project Description:

This tired old bungalow underwent extensive modernisation and improvements.

 

The building was extended and a whole new storey was added, more than doubling the size of the exisitng dwelling.

 

There have been several green upgrades including underfloor heating, full insulation upgrades and a whole house mechanical heat recovery installation.

 

All windows are powder coated aluminium with double glazed, low emissivity glazing and argon filled cavities.

 

The whole building was rendered to give the building a fresh crisp appearance.
