Project Information:

After finding the property and deciding to take on an interesting project our client gave us the instruction to proceed with the drawings.

 

The exisitng single storey section of the building is to have an addititional storey added creating an open plan kitchen / diner at ground level and a large bedroom with en-suite at first floor level.

The scheme includes a large timber framed gable screen, sash windows and a open truss in the bedroom.

A new detached garage has also been designed and is being constructed. The garage is built into the hillside and features dry stone clad walls, cut stone detailing and a sedum roof.

Phase 1 (garage) now complete, Phase 2 commencing late 2016
