Project Description:

Having sat for derelict and neglected for many years, this grade II listed building was in need of a lot of love.

Fortunately, a developer with a real passion for restoration of historic buildings took the project on.

The brief was to form one large luxury dwelling, with modern comforts, but to the retain the character and beauty of the building.

After we obtained planning permission, listed building consent and building regulations approval, work commenced on site. We were kept on as as consultants during the construction phase and worked closely with the developer and sub contractors to deliver the final result.
