Project Information:

With a growing family and lack of space this extension provided our client with an open plan kitchen / dining area and a new bedroom at first floor.

 

The rear extension was formed to the rear of the property and included opening up the existing kitchen and bedroom to form the large open plan space.

 

The new layout ensures 3 bedrooms are now located at first floor level and creates a more traditional way of living and provides the family with the space they desired.

 

Reclaimed natural local stone and reclaimed quoin stones were used to match the existing building.
