Project Description:

This existing co-op building was completely refurbished with re-roofing works, internal alterations and sub division to form 5 retail units.

 

The scheme included extensive structural work including lowering ground floor levels, installation of internal waterproofing, new roofing in void areas between past extensions and various internal alterations.
